The Lady Masumah (a) Fund is a charity initiative founded in 2014. It regularly supports families and roughly 100 international single and married Hawzah students. It also supports charities that help those in need for their education, marriage, health, food and housing in various countries. There is no operating cost and all expenditure is under the supervision of Sheikh Shomali.

Donations to publications and distributions of KLC books or books written by H.I. Sh. Mohammad Ali Shomali as well as other books that will be published in the future. As of now, Shaykh Shomali is the editor-in-chief of two journals: Message of Thaqalayn: A Quarterly Journal of Islamic Studies and Spiritual Quest: A Biannual Journal of Ethics and Spirituality. Some of his publications include Self-Knowledge (1996 & 2006), Ethical Relativism: An Analysis of the Foundations of Morality (2001), Discovering Shi‘a Islam (2014), Shi‘a Islam: Origins, Faith & Practices (2003 & 2010), Principles of Jurisprudence: An Introduction to Methodology of Fiqh (2006), Self-Development (2016), Lessons on Islamic Beliefs (2016) and Lessons on Islamic Morals (2017), Mary, Jesus and Christianity: An Islamic Perspective (2007), Unity of God and Unity in God (2017) and Love for God and Love for One Another (2017).

The KLC is a not-for-profit project providing different educational services by a team of dedicated volunteers. Donations to this option will help support the continued provision of various functions and activities such as retreats, advertisements, websites, software subscriptions and other necessary infrastructure and supporting components.

There are a number of ways you can set up your monthly or one-time donation, including:

(3) Using credit card.

Please make sure to specify the intented recipient cause of your donation.

If you are considering to channel all or part of your khums to the Lady Masumah (as) Fund, please make sure that you have permission from your respected marja'. Please indicate if it is sahm-e imam or sahm-e saddat. If you do need permission to be obtained from your marja', please indicate that and we will assist you.
